YOUTH LEAGUES -- Abington Little League's 9B baseball team won the Machado baseball tournament in its division in Braintree, a Select Board member announced at the board's July 20 meeting, calling it a Sunday result. The same meeting brought word that fall soccer registration is opening for both Abington Youth Soccer and Abington Youth Adaptive Sports.
