Marshfield Housing Authority board splits 4-1 on FY26 budget, one commissioner refuses to sign certification. Commissioner Carrie Richardson moved to approve a $277,321 state subsidy request for the agency's 4001 housing program and a zero-subsidy MRVP budget, both passing 4-1 over Commissioner Pescevich's objection. Pescevich later declined to sign the accompanying state certification, arguing the vote wasn't properly noticed on the agenda: "I don't think it's legal." Accountant Kim Crowe of Fenn Ewald told the board its reserves are projected to hit $323,615 by June 30, well above the state's minimum threshold.

Separately, commissioners approved $244,189.69 and $197,592.17 change orders to RRC Electrical Contractors for an Eversource-driven feeder and transformer upgrade tied to the agency's Federal Pacific panel replacement and generator project, plus a revised grounds and parking policy for its properties.
