New Hull High Principal to Attend Friday's Homecoming Game
Hull High School's new principal, Ellen Murray, who officially starts Nov. 9, is expected to attend Friday night's homecoming football game as part of her transition, Superintendent Jetty told the School Committee this week.
HULL --
HIGH SCHOOL -- Superintendent Jetty told the School Committee Monday that new Hull High School principal Ellen Murray, who starts full time Nov. 9, is expected to attend Friday's homecoming football game as part of her transition into the district. "I will be at the game on Friday night. I hope you stop by and say hello," Murray told the committee. Jetty said the district is planning some way to introduce Murray to the community at the game, possibly with "some festivity piece" on the field.
Separately, a resident addressing the committee during public comment noted that previously malfunctioning athletic field lights have been repaired. "The lights are finally working, which that's great. Now we don't have to reschedule games for different times," he said.
