Plymouth Youth Hockey sets 2026-2027 head coaches, opens assistant coach registration

PLYMOUTH --

YOUTH LEAGUES

Plymouth Youth Hockey (PYH) has released its head coaching lineup for the 2026-2027 season, welcoming new and returning coaches across the program's co-ed, girls, middle school and learn-to-play divisions. Listed head coaches include Emily Mazzola (6U, GU10 and Learn to Play), Chris Plourde (8U B White), Matt Kelly (8U B Blue), Mike Smith (8U C Red), Brandon McSorley (10U B), Dan Quill (10U C and MS White), Pat Higgins (12U A), Tom Latham (12U B), DJ Cicotte (14U), Eddie Goodwin (MS Blue) and Jennifer Mulvaney (MS Red). The GU12 and GU14 head coach spots remain listed as TBD.

PYH has also opened assistant coach registration for the season. The organization says applicants should contact their team's head coach before applying, as head coaches are responsible for selecting their own assistants. Required coach certification clinics (CEP) for the upcoming season opened for sign-up June 15.

Separately, a new volunteer group, Friends of Plymouth Youth Hockey, is recruiting volunteers to help with fundraising and event operations, including the organization's summer off-ice programming and a summer 3-on-3 event, as well as raffles and other fundraising efforts.
