Wareham Town Hall and Library shut for Independence Day holiday Friday

**Friday, July 3** — All Wareham Town Hall offices and the Wareham Free Library are closed today in observance of the Independence Day holiday. The library also notes that Saturday closures are now in effect through Labor Day as part of its summer hours schedule.

**Saturday, July 4** — The Onset Bay Association holds its Annual Blessing of the Fleet and Kids Parade on Independence Day. Separately, an Antique Faire is also scheduled for the Fourth.

**Monday, July 6, 11:00 a.m.** — The Wareham Free Library hosts a Kids Foamtastic Party, open to young visitors looking to kick off the week with some sudsy summer fun.

**Monday, July 6, 7:00 p.m.** — Candida Rose and the KabuJazz Band take the stage for the next installment of the Concerts on the Lawn series, hosted at the Wareham Free Library.

**Monday, July 6** — The Board of Water Commissioners meets for its regularly scheduled session.

**Tuesday, July 7** — The Wareham Select Board holds its regular meeting. Also Tuesday, the Upper Cape Cod Regional Technical School Committee meets.

**Wednesday, July 8, 6:30 p.m.** — The Wareham Free Library presents "Stories of Fenway Park" with Nancy Franks.

**Thursday, July 9** — The Board of Sewer Commissioners holds both a regular meeting and a workshop session.

**Friday, July 10, 6:00 p.m.** — Laser Tag comes to the Wareham Free Library for an evening event open to kids and teens.

**Wednesday, July 22** — The Wareham Housing Authority holds its Annual Plan Hearing.

**Friday, August 1, 9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.** — Wareham's Household Hazardous Waste Collection Day runs at Municipal Maintenance, 95 Charge Pond Road. A Wareham or Carver Transfer Station sticker is required to participate.
