Hanson Zoning Board of Appeals · Meeting of October 19, 2026

Hanson's Zoning Board of Appeals continued a hearing on a 32-unit townhouse and mixed-use project to December 7. The board lacked a quorum to act on the special permit and site plan application for 808 Washington Street, a phased development including 32 townhouses and an 80-foot-by-109-foot building with ground-floor retail and residential apartments. Webby Engineering, writing for applicant Hassan Preshkov, requested the continuance in an October 14 letter "because we are still revising the drainage systems on our plans." A board member noted the project is also under review by an outside peer engineer and the Conservation Commission.

Resident Rod Topoluski asked the board to enter comments into the record he said he could not finish presenting at the June 5 meeting. The board also tabled approval of prior minutes.
