WEST BRIDGEWATER — The Conservation Commission approved a Grant Street culvert replacement and added twice-yearly ditch inspections to the order. Jim Noyes, engineer for the town's project, said the existing stone arch predates 1846 and will be replaced with a 48-inch pipe, with work expected to begin around mid-April. Residents described years of flooding from a ditch they said went unmaintained, and commissioners said inspection records could go in the town's MS4 report.

The commission also closed hearings and issued orders for 561 and 585 Walnut Street and 0 Copeland Street. It continued the Bryant Farm Estates subdivision hearing to Nov. 17.
