Hull Select Board Posts Town Meeting Warrant for May 4 Vote

HULL — March 25, 2026 — Hull Select Board unanimously posts 2026 Annual Town Meeting warrant and awards town manager a 3 percent cost-of-living raise. The board's March 25 meeting set a May 4, 2026, town meeting at Hull High School, 180 Main Street, approved a full slate of liquor and event licenses, and reappointed David Kellum and committee chair Scott Taylor to two-year terms on the Hull Waterfront Access Advisory Committee. The town manager's 3 percent COLA — slightly above the 2.7 percent consumer price index figure on which it was based — was approved unanimously following an executive session on contract negotiations. The board also approved a one-day all-alcohol license for the Hull Life Saving Museum's U.S. 250th Anniversary Gala Dance on June 27 and a seasonal license renewal for Lobster Pound Jake Seafood on George Washington Boulevard. Board members highlighted an MBTA second-bus pilot launching April 5 on Route 714 that will run every 30 minutes, connecting Hull's ferry landing and commuter rail for the first time, at 85 cents per ride for senior Charlie card holders.
