Hull's Light Board asked for written proof that the light plant is out of a coastal grant. The Hull Municipal Light Board voted by roll call to require, by November 19, CZM's written confirmation of the change, the amended Phase 4 scope and the Weston and Sampson cost communication. A town summary put a standalone light plant facility at $23,426,000 in total project cost, against about $56.4 million for a combined DPW facility.

Board attorney Nick Scoble said a shared building "has to be done very carefully." The board voted 5-0 to have the chair ask the manager about Chapter 268A issues on a $2,000-a-month garage lease. It approved Hancock Wind participation up to 0.6 megawatt.
