Plymouth Says Ryder Way Open Until 9 P.M. Sunday

PLYMOUTH — Plymouth's town government flagged a Sunday evening travel notice as its lone fresh item out of Town Hall, advising residents that Ryder Way will remain available until 9 p.m.
