Plymouth's Community Preservation Committee learned the Little Red Schoolhouse existing-conditions study bid came in at $18,800, cutting its share of a $30,000 reservation to $9,400. Staff said the downtown resiliency project withdrew from Town Meeting, leaving only Articles 21 and 22.
