West Bridgewater Water Commissioners raised the backflow testing fee to $90 and picked a new tester. The board approved a two-year, $90-per-device contract with Anchor Backflow Testing after the current provider said it could not staff the work, then raised the town's charge from $75 to match.

Water Commissioners approve minutes, hear plant updates

The Water Commissioners heard that the Manley Street PFAS plant's filter problem was fixed. James Hoyt of Taylor & Howard said improper startup backwashing caused the high differential pressure, and that it returned to specification after the contractor repeated it.
