PLYMOUTH — The Zoning Board of Appeals rejected an oversized Heather Drive building and approved a Brook Road garage. At 58 Heather Drive, applicant Curtis Eath reduced a proposed 18 by 40 foot building to 18 by 30 feet, but a motion to approve failed after neighbors objected to its size and a blind corner. Beverly Webb said it would make "a blind corner." The board unanimously approved a 7.1-foot side setback for a 24 by 28 foot garage at 88 Brook Road, with fire and engineering conditions.

It continued the 291 Court Street appeal to Dec. 21.
