Planning Board · Meeting of September 2, 2026

Bridgewater Planning Board continues every pending case, citing notice errors. Chair Patrick Driscoll and members Daniel Greenberg, Steven Geller and alternate Kris Fabroski voted unanimously to push an Approval Not Required plan for 0 Lakeshore and a minor-modification request for 680 Bedford Street to September 16, after applicants Rebecca Baptista and Ken Barnard each requested more time. A long-unopened site plan hearing, delayed after abutter notices went out with the original August 5 date crossed out and replaced by hand, was continued to November 18 at the request of Attorney Pellegrini, who cited "extensive discussion and renegotiation with the landlord." Staff said the original legal ad met notice requirements, so the board ordered only that abutters be renoticed rather than requiring a new legal ad.

Vice Chair Michael MacDonald did not join the meeting.
