Planning Board OKs West Mill Lane waivers
Pembroke Planning Board approved waivers and conditions for the one-house West Mill Lane subdivision.
Planning Board · Meeting of October 26, 2026
Pembroke Planning Board approved waivers and conditions for the one-house West Mill Lane subdivision. Darren Grady of Grady Consulting, representing applicant David West, walked members through waivers covering a hammerhead turnaround, HDPE drain pipe with roughly one foot six inches of cover against a minimum speakers gave as either three feet or 3.5 feet, sidewalks, street trees and slopes. Members called it "a one-house subdivision" that will remain a private way maintained by homeowners, and made final fire department approval a condition.
The board also nominated Alysha Siciliano-Perry and Carly Levy to the housing production plan working group and discussed changing sidewalk, curbing and dead-end road rules, noting the regulations cap dead-end roads at 1,000 feet while state data lists 2,000 feet.
