Planning Board Unanimously Approves Permits for 600 Manley Street Development
WEST BRIDGEWATER — March 4, 2026 — West Bridgewater Planning Board closes out Manley Street development permitting in unanimous votes. The board voted 5-0 on each of two required approvals — a water resource special permit and a site plan — for 600 Manley Street, a project developed by MJM Construction that represents the third phase of a larger residential development on the corridor. Scott Ferrier of Holmbrin Engineering told the board that the plan set, carrying a February 6, 2026 revision date, remained unchanged from the prior session and that all previously raised concerns had been resolved. The Conservation Commission and the town's outside consultant, Pat Brun, had both signed off on the project before Wednesday's meeting. No public comment was offered.
