Wareham's Select Board dissolved the Little Harbor Golf Committee and licensed an eight-simulator indoor golf venue.
Select Board · Meeting of November 3, 2026
Wareham's Select Board dissolved the Little Harbor Golf Committee and licensed an eight-simulator indoor golf venue. The board voted to end the advisory panel, created in 2012 to aid the Little Harbor Country Club's shift to town ownership, effective Dec. 31, after a member said it had filed no minutes last year and that one appointee was never sworn in. Members also granted Champions Indoor Golf VII LLC alcohol and entertainment licenses for 3119 Cranberry Highway, pending state approval, with leagues planned for January.
Town Counsel Rich Bowen advised that a public comment policy should not distinguish residents from non-residents. A vote on proposed guidelines was held until Marcus Gomes returns.
