Bridgewater August Home Prices Range Widely From $315,000 To $825,000

BRIDGEWATER -- Ten property transfers were recorded in Bridgewater between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, ranging from a $315,000 sale to an $825,000 purchase on Oldfield Road. Half of the recorded deeds carried no disclosed sale price, several tied to transfers within the same family or into and out of a trust.

MARKET OVERVIEW The Plymouth County Registry of Deeds recorded 10 Bridgewater property transfers during the period. Of those, five listed a sale price, ranging from $315,000 to $825,000, with a median of $715,000 among the disclosed sales. The other five sales did not include a consideration amount in the deed record. A count of 10 transfers in a four-week span reflects steady deed activity, though with half the prices undisclosed, the data offers only a partial view of actual market values for the period.

TOP SALES The highest-priced transaction was 52 Oldfield Rd., which sold for $825,000 on Aug. 17. Keshaunda N. Chinn was the seller and Rayshawn Covvington the buyer. At 5 Jasmine Way, Scotland Meadows Estates LLC sold to Latrisha Vazquez and Juan Antonio Vazquez for $736,000 on Aug. 17. William H. Ford and Madeline M. Ford sold 40 Legge St. to Kevin and Kaitlyn Sands for $715,000 on Aug. 14. Carol J. Mont sold 418 Summer St. to Austin Leblanc and Ariele McGrath for $435,000 on Aug. 17. A fifth sale, at an address listed only as Bridgewater with no street name given in the deed record, sold for $315,000 on Aug. 11; Austin Leblanc was the seller and Brianna Bueler the buyer.

NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN No street in the dataset had more than one recorded sale, so no street-level cluster emerged. Separately, Austin Leblanc appears on both sides of the ledger during the period: as seller of the $315,000 property on Aug. 11 and as a buyer of 418 Summer St. for $435,000 on Aug. 17.
