ROCKLAND -- Twelve property transfers were recorded in Rockland between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, according to Plymouth County Registry of Deeds records. Two transactions on Union Street and a same-day pair of parcel transfers on Hingham Street stood out among a month of filings in which disclosed sale considerations ranged narrowly from $500 to $775.
