WHITMAN -- Plymouth County deed records show 12 property transfers in Whitman between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, but only half carried a recorded sale price by this writing, with those six ranging from $470,000 to $599,000 and a median of $512,500.

TOP SALES The highest-priced sale was 289 Commercial St., which sold for $599,000 on Aug. 7. Kelley A. Chuckran bought the property from Commercial St Realty Trust, with Kevin Perkins listed as trustee. The second-highest sale was 214 Winter St. at $550,000 on Aug. 10, sold by Gilbert Casimir to Ronald Homere. At 1121 Washington St., Dylan and Kylie Hickey purchased the property for $525,000 on Aug. 26 from Anil Kumar and Sai Pushpa Latha Palaparthi. At 7 Churchill Ave., Kaylee E. Willard and Vanessa M. DiPietro bought the home for $500,000 on Aug. 21 from Kimberly and Robert Whalen. Rounding out the top sales, 45 Brigham St. sold for $485,000 on Aug. 13; Corey and Dakota Roche bought the property from Brendan Nicholas DeLima.

NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN No street recorded more than one priced sale during the period, so the clearest pattern among market-rate transactions is by price tier. Two sales fell under $500,000: 22 Old Coach Rd. at $470,000 and 45 Brigham St. at $485,000.
