Marshfield Planning Board continues Marine Street subdivision hearing to February 23 pending barn setback fix. Vice Chairman Katharine O'Donnell chaired in the absence of Chairman Michael Biviano Jr., with Fred Monaco, Kevin Cantwell and Nik Pappastratis voting 4-0 on all motions. Engineer Dana presented a revised three-lot subdivision plan for 431 Marine Street that would extend a road to roughly 20 acres of landlocked land behind the site owned by abutter Sue Larkin, but the board flagged that an existing barn now sits too close to the proposed roadway.

Consulting engineer Pat Brennan said MassDOT "will not issue a permit until the planning board signs off" on related state highway work. The board also continued a Brant Rock Pavilion overlay-district special permit hearing to March 2 pending a Zoning Board of Appeals decision, and Town Planner Karen Horn outlined four zoning articles headed to the annual town meeting warrant.
