Norwell Town Clerk Posts Sample Ballots for Sept. 1 Primary

NORWELL — Norwell's Town Clerk has posted sample ballots for the Sept. 1 State Primary, giving voters an early look at the ballot format ahead of next month's election.

TOWN HALL Sample ballots for the Sept. 1 State Primary are now available through the town, according to a News Flash posted Aug. 14. The release lets Norwell voters review the ballot layout before heading to the polls. Full election information, including registration and voting details, is available through the Town Clerk's office.

COMMUNITY & ARTS The Norwell Public Library announced a new Device Lending Program, offering four Dell Pro 14 laptops for in-library use and seven Dell Latitude touch-screen laptops for take-home checkout. Residents can call the library or visit the Main Desk to learn more. The library also confirmed it was awarded a state technology grant worth more than $35,000. Due to FY26 budget cuts, the library said it will no longer offer seasonal Sunday hours; details on the budget's impact are outlined in the library's FY26 budget materials.
