Planning Board · Meeting of August 24, 2026

WAREHAM — The Wareham Planning Board voted 3-0 to find a revised lot-line plan for 84 Highland Shores Drive meets Approval Not Required standards. Chair Jane Gleason, Clerk Julie Moran and member Sam Corbitt, joining by phone, made up the quorum; member Carl Schulz was absent, out of the country. The revised plan combines two split parcels with adjoining lots to create road frontage, with one resulting lot still short of the district's 150-foot frontage requirement and both lots below the 30,000-square-foot zoning minimum.

Gleason stressed the board was "not providing any approval relative to the zoning bylaws." After board member Corbitt questioned the initial tally, he said, "I will change my vote to aye," producing a final 3-0-0 vote. The board also approved June 22 and August 10 minutes with two wording corrections before adjourning unanimously.
