Planning Board · Meeting of October 21, 2026

West Bridgewater Planning Board continued the Bryant Street subdivision hearing to November 4. Engineer Scott Farrier of J.K. Holmgren Engineering, representing applicant Charles Macy of CLM Development and Emma Development, outlined revisions to the 10-lot plan, including six shrubs to block headlight glare into a neighbor's house and a 15-foot easement around the town cemetery. The board added a condition for 20 new trees and flagged that a culvert review by a MassDOT-qualified structural engineer could take "four to six months." Members also pressed the applicant to resolve a DPW-required water main loop with assistant water official Phil McNulty, noting roughly 800 feet of main would remain a dead end.

The board voted unanimously to continue the hearing and extend the action deadline 30 days past the hearing's eventual close.
