Planning Board continues two hearings to Oct. 7
Planning Board · Meeting of September 16, 2026
West Bridgewater Planning Board punts two hearings to October over quorum gap. The board unanimously continued the Bryant Farm Estates definitive subdivision, a proposed 10-lot development off Bryant Street filed by J.K. Holmgren Engineering LLC and Charles Macy on behalf of CLM Development LLC and EMA Development LLC, to October 7 at 6:30 p.m. after the applicant requested more time.
Members also continued a special permit hearing for Zero Mapfield Street to October 7 at 7 p.m., following an email request from Tracy Duart of MBL and Development. A board member noted only three members were present, saying "we needed four members that we used to vote on, so we didn't have them." No substantive discussion occurred on either project's merits.
