Plympton Planning Board fixes permit wording error for Spring Street industrial site

PLYMPTON — February 17, 2026 — Plympton Planning Board corrects a clerical error in its 77 Spring Street industrial-park site plan approval, voting unanimously to fix a condition that had mislabeled the property's use. The board convened and adjourned in eight minutes on February 17, handling no public hearings. The error in condition 4 of the prior decision had described the permitted use as "landscaping/hardscaping" — language copied from a Palmer Road template — when the correct use is "contractors warehouse, light manufacturing, sports trainer facility," as the chair explained: "It's just a mistake." The board will issue a one-page written clarification to the town clerk. Members also accepted as-built documents for 165 Palmer Road showing a parking space shifted to protect a newly installed domestic well, and approved the minutes of their February 3 meeting without amendment.
