Washington Street saw three separate transfers during the period, more than any other street in the batch.

TOP SALES

The highest-priced recorded sale was 171 Captain Allen Way, which sold for $839 on Sept. 29. Seller Denise M. Taylor, also listed as trustee, transferred the property to Adam G. Lavoie and Alyssa Lavoie.

At 751 Washington St., the property sold for $680 on Sept. 29. Sellers Timothy P. Travers and Carolyn M. Travers transferred it to buyer Amanda G. Sepulveda.

15 Russell Rd. sold for $630 on Sept. 10. Sellers Robert Corbett and Annette Corbett transferred the property to Ryan Widomski and Danielle Widomski.

257 Homeland Dr. sold for $605 on Sept. 25. Sellers Barbara A. Reynolds and Ronald L. Reynolds transferred the property to buyer Mara Assuncao Goncalves, listed as trustee.

659 Washington St. sold for $575 on Sept. 29. Seller Joseph William Ruggieri transferred the property to buyer Marcio Desouza.
