Rockland September Home Sales Span $155,000 To $710,000 With $445,000 Median

ROCKLAND -- Ten property transfers were recorded at the Plymouth County Registry of Deeds for Rockland between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, with sale prices ranging from $155,000 to $710,000 among the seven transactions with a price on file so far. Half of the month's recorded transfers involved trusts, estates or transfers within the same family.

MARKET OVERVIEW

Ten sales were recorded in the period. Of those, seven carried a sale price in the registry data as of this writing; the remaining three show "price not yet available," which reflects the registry's typical lag of about a week before consideration amounts post, not a withheld price. Among the seven priced sales, the range ran from $155,000 to $710,000, with a median sale price of $445,000. TOP SALES

The highest-priced transaction recorded was a $710,000 sale in Rockland; the deed record did not include a specific street address. Brian Tafe and Kayley Tafe were the sellers, and Stephanie Fernandes was the buyer. The sale closed Sept. 11.

At 12 Linden St., David M. Offutt, trustee of the Haliday Realty Trust, sold the property to Dale D. Harvey for $500,000 on Sept. 11.

At 251 Central St., Maureen Marquis sold to Patricia H. Parzych and Agnieszka Mccmurray for $499,000 on Sept. 15.

At 158 Nevens Circle, Kim Donnelly and the estate of Hugh Francis Donnelly III sold to Erica Perry and Nick Hazen for $445,000 on Sept. 10.

At 731 Hingham St., Remo and Sebastiana Lochiatto sold to Jillian Koran for $420,000 on Sept. 14.

Hingham Street had two recorded transfers in the period: 731 Hingham St. sold for $420,000, and 32 Hingham St. changed hands with a price not yet available. No other street had more than one recorded sale.
