Six of the ten listed a sale price, ranging from $465,000 to $848,000. The median sale price among those six disclosed transactions was $642,000. The remaining four deeds recorded no consideration amount; price not disclosed is standard for many deed filings and does not by itself indicate anything about market conditions.
