ABINGTON -- Six of the 10 property transfers recorded at the Plymouth County Registry of Deeds between Sept. 11 and Oct. 10 carried a sale price, led by a $1,660,000 transaction, while the remaining four were nominal-consideration transfers rather than market sales.

Two properties tied at $450,000: 359 Brockton Avenue sold Sept. 18, with sellers Douglas Alan McFarlan's estate and Edward Broderick conveying to Abington Gardens LLC; and 650 Randolph Street sold Sept. 11, with the Randolph Street Realty Trust, represented by trustee Susan W.
