SCITUATE -- Ten property deeds were recorded in Scituate between Sept. 11 and Oct. 10, but only three carried a disclosed sale price, ranging from $700,000 to $1,435,338. The remaining seven were nominal-consideration transfers, meaning no market price was involved.

TOP SALES The highest-priced sale was 338 Clapp Road, which sold for $1,435,338 on Sept. 18. The sellers were Martha S. Flanagan TR and Paul W. Flanagan TR; the buyers were Andrew M. Manning and Brandon Williams. Bed, bath and square footage figures were not available.

The second-highest sale was 12 Cairnslea Lane, which sold for $845,000 on Sept. 11. Jennifer M. Sheehan was the seller; Henry J. Funaro and Kaitlyn R. Yaxter were the buyers.

The third sale was 430 Hatherly Road, which sold for $700,000 on Sept. 18. The sellers were Daniel A. Peterson TR and the Daniel A. Peterson Revocable Trust; the buyers were Adam Gilmour and Sara M. Finnegan.

NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN Hatherly Road saw two recorded transactions during the period: the $700,000 sale at 430 Hatherly Road and a nominal-consideration transfer at 459 Hatherly Road from Peter Rogal to Pamela Robin Rogal. No other street had more than one recorded transaction.
