ROCKLAND -- Plymouth County Registry of Deeds records for the period of Sept. 11 through Oct. 10 show 10 total property transfers in Rockland, but only four carried a recorded market sale price, with the rest logged as nominal-consideration transfers, often among family members or into trusts.

Hingham Street saw two separate transfers this period: 731 Hingham St sold for $420,000, while 32 Hingham St changed hands through a nominal-consideration transfer from John M. Shea Jr. to himself as trustee of the John M. Shea Jr. Irrevocable Trust, not a market sale. Among the four confirmed sales, three clustered closely in price between $420,000 and $500,000 (731 Hingham St, 251 Central St and 12 Linden St), while the Rockland Glen condominium unit at 21 Northfield Dr was the lone sale under $300,000.
