CARVER -- Thirteen properties changed hands in Carver during the four weeks ending Aug. 8, with disclosed sale prices ranging from $480 to $875 and a median of $550 among the seven transactions that reported a price.

Of those, seven listed a consideration amount, ranging from $480 to $875, with a median of $550. The remaining six deeds did not disclose a sale price, which is common for certain transfer types and does not by itself indicate an unusual month. Based on raw count alone, the period recorded a broad mix of transaction types, including several transfers where the price was not made public.
