Dawley, and the buyer was Maeve Sullivan, as trustee. 165 Edward Foster Rd. sold July 23; seller and buyer were both Michelle Cully, with the property moving into her own trust. A property with no listed street address sold July 22 from Kimberly Foss Richards and Winifred Foss Smith to the town of Scituate.

NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN First Parish Road had two recorded transfers this period, 562 First Parish Rd. and 41 First Parish Rd., the only street to appear more than once in the dataset. The remaining six transfers were spread across six different streets, Edward Foster Road, Tanglewood Drive, Common Street, Aberdeen Drive, Highland Crossing, and one property recorded without a street address.
