Disclosed Rockland Home Sales Stay In Tight $536 To $900 Range This Period

ROCKLAND -- Plymouth County Registry of Deeds records show nine property transfers in Rockland between July 17 and Aug. 15, but only four listed a sale price, limiting what can be concluded about the broader market this period.

Nine deeds were recorded in the period. Of those, four carried a disclosed consideration amount, ranging from $536 to $900, with a median of $681 among the disclosed sales. 230 Greenwood St. sold for $750 on July 21. David J. Wilfert and Valerie J. Wilfert sold the property to Jordan Andrews and Casey Andrews.

224 Liberty St. sold for $613 on July 20. Gary P. Laramee Jr. and Amanda Laramee sold to Brian J. Schmaderer and Anna Schmaderer.

20 Emerson St. sold for $536 on July 17, the earliest recorded transfer in the period. Reginald J. Dupiton and Kendra Dupiton sold to Vincent Repucci and Anita Triglia Aldoupolis.

The remaining five transfers in the period had no disclosed sale price: 190 Howard St. (July 24), 265 Pleasant St. (July 23), 423 North Ave. (July 23), a Rockland property without a listed street address (July 22), and 35 Everett St. (July 22).

NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN

No street in the dataset had more than one recorded transfer, so no street-level clustering emerged this period. By price tier among the four disclosed sales, all fell within a narrow band of $536 to $900, with no transfer reaching a higher tier.
