HULL -- Ten property deeds were recorded in Hull between July 3 and Aug. 1, but only half listed a sale price, with the highest disclosed consideration reaching $925 for a property on Nantasket Avenue.

MARKET OVERVIEW Plymouth County Registry of Deeds records show 10 property transfers in Hull during the four-week period. Of those, five listed a sale price, ranging from $692 at 10 Newton St. to $925 at 145 Nantasket Ave. The median sale price among the five disclosed transactions was $745. The remaining five deeds — covering properties on Spring Street, Atlantic Avenue, Manomet Avenue and Packard Avenue, plus one transfer listing no specific street address — did not disclose a consideration amount. Because half of the period's recorded transfers lack price data, the raw count of 10 sales does not by itself indicate whether the local market was active or quiet, and no reliable price trend can be drawn beyond the five disclosed transactions.

NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN Manomet Avenue was the only street with more than one recorded transaction: the $850 sale at 26 Manomet Ave. and a separate, undisclosed-price transfer at 36 Manomet Ave., in which Fredric D. and Marcy L.
