WAREHAM -- Ten property deeds were recorded in Wareham between July 3 and Aug. 1, with sale prices disclosed on half of them and the rest reflecting transfers among family members or into and out of trusts.

MARKET OVERVIEW Among the five deeds with a disclosed sale price, prices ranged from $152 to $975, with a median of $580. The other five transactions in the period carried no disclosed consideration, a pattern consistent with intra-family or trust-related transfers rather than open-market sales. 91 Sandwich Rd. sold for $152 on July 7. Carl B. Anderson was the seller; Amber Pimental and Wade Marques were the buyers.
