PLYMOUTH -- Ten deeds recorded at the Plymouth County Registry of Deeds between July 3 and Aug. 1 show five properties changing hands for a recorded price, while the other five were nominal-consideration transfers, several involving shared surnames or trust entities.

The other five deeds recorded in the same period were nominal-consideration transfers, each for an amount under $10,000, and are not counted in the price range or median. With only five priced sales among 10 total recorded deeds, the period shows limited sales volume on its face, though the data do not allow comparison to prior months or regional figures.

TOP SALES

The highest-priced sale was 31 Larkspur Lane, which sold for $1,275,000. The sellers were Joy A. Arrowsmith and Frederick C. Arrowsmith, as trustees; the buyers were Joseph A. Balboni Jr. and Anne M. Balboni. At 2 Gabriel Lane, the property sold for $840,000; sellers Kenneth S. Nunley and Maureen Nunley sold to buyers Kathryn G. Postma and Jason T. Olimpia. The property at 196 Bourne Road sold for $780,000; the seller was J Graham Properties LLC, and the buyers were Daniel Sullivan and Katina Jack. At 7 Clam Pudding Lane, the sale price was $775,000; sellers Edward F. Fitzgerald, as trustee, and the Edward F. Fitzgerald Living Trust sold to buyers Henry Mark Closson and Katherine H. Closson, both as trustees. The lowest of the five recorded sales was 31 Lantern Lane at $645,000, sold by Eileen M. Higgins to buyers Michael Dietz and Luke Dagley.
