DUXBURY -- Ten property transfers were recorded at the Plymouth County Registry of Deeds for Duxbury between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, but sale prices had reached the registry for just one of them by the time records were pulled, leaving most of the period's market activity undocumented for now.
