EAST BRIDGEWATER -- Twelve properties changed hands in East Bridgewater between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, with recorded sale prices ranging from $471,000 to $975,000 and a median of $589,000 among the eight transactions with a price on file so far.

MARKET OVERVIEW Of the 12 deeds recorded during the period, eight carried a sale price at the time of this report. The remaining four had not yet been assigned a price in Plymouth County Registry of Deeds records, which typically appears within about a week of recording. Recorded prices ranged from $471,000, for a home on Plymouth Street, to $975,000, for a property on Northbridge Drive, with a median of $589,000. The raw count of 12 sales does not by itself indicate whether the period was busier or quieter than other stretches without additional comparative data.

TOP SALES The highest-priced sale was 80 Northbridge Drive, which sold for $975,000 on Aug. 28. Cheryl L. Maguire and Robert P. Maguire sold to Daniel and Julie Chisholm. 333 Summer Street sold for $785,000 on Aug. 28, transferring from Deborah A. McDonnell, trustee of the Dailey Family Realty Trust, to Christopher and Nicole Dalessandro. 529 Crescent Street sold for $650,000 on Aug. 28; Joshua D. Bartus and Julie M. Bartus sold to Tyler M. Little and Verinita Edwards. 710 Summer Street sold for $629,000 on Aug. 31, with Andrew M. Roy and Kimberly Roy selling to Gregory M. Osborne and Kimberly M. Osborne. 1034 Plymouth Street sold for $549,000 on Aug. 31; Peter T. Oakley and Kathryn B. Oakley sold to Robert Michael Wronski and Jennifer Marie Wronski.

NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN Summer Street had two recorded sales during the period: 333 Summer Street at $785,000 and 710 Summer Street at $629,000. Plymouth Street also had two sales: 1034 Plymouth Street at $549,000 and 480 Plymouth Street at $471,000. Washington Street had two transfers, at 225 Washington Street and 1512 Washington Street, but neither carried a recorded price as of this report. By price tier, two sales closed under $500,000: 480 Plymouth Street and 49 Harmony Crossing, the latter at $490,000.
