Hingham Clerk Sends Out More Than 3,100 Early Ballots For Primary

HINGHAM — Hingham's Town Clerk sent out more than 3,100 early ballots ahead of the Sept. 1 state primary, according to a News Flash the town posted Friday morning. Officials urged voters casting ballots by mail to follow the town's official instructions to make sure their votes are counted.
