Planning Board withdraws 745 North Main St. hearing

West Bridgewater Planning Board seats an associate member, lets one applicant pull back. The board welcomed Justin Howard as an associate member, eligible to vote on special permits when the panel wants a full five-member vote so "the developer or the applicant doesn't have to feel that pressure on them," the presiding officer said. Members agreed Howard should receive special permit materials from the start of each case going forward.
The board then unanimously accepted a request from Luanna Ferreira, owner of 745 North Main Street, to withdraw her special permit application without prejudice while she gathers additional information. No other hearings or votes were on the Aug. 19 agenda.
