Select Board · Meeting of October 13, 2026

PLYMOUTH — The Select Board voted 3-2 to recommend free cash for the $300,000 Article 8 title research on Shallow Pond Estates roads. Chair Deborah Iaquinto and Kevin Canty voted no, according to the roll call; Canty said borrowing is "the only thing that makes a lick of sense to me." William Keohan said residents "have waited far too long for this not to happen." Free cash requires a majority at Town Meeting, while borrowing needs two-thirds. Earlier, Finance Director Lynne Barrett presented a five-year forecast showing fiscal 2028 near balance but deficits growing after.

The board approved licenses and Administrative Notes 1 through 10, each 4-0.
