BRIDGEWATER -- Plymouth County deed records show 11 residential property transfers in Bridgewater between July 24 and Aug. 22, with disclosed sale prices ranging from $360,000 to $930,000 and a median of $625,000. Four of the 11 transfers were same-family or trust-related transactions that did not carry a disclosed sale price.

The raw count of 11 recorded transfers is a moderate volume for a single month in Bridgewater, though four of those transfers were same-name or trust-to-trust transactions rather than open-market sales, which affects how the count should be read.

TOP SALES The highest-priced transaction was 17 Hewitson Way, which sold for $930,000 on July 24. Duxburrow Estates LLC was the seller; Arun K. Bhaskaran and Jomole Varghese were the buyers. At 12 Rainbow Circle, Ryan Patrick Neary and Ahsley Elise Neary sold to Patrick Toohey and Victoria Defilippo for $735,000 on July 27. Two properties tied for the third-highest disclosed price at $625,000: 579 Walnut Street, sold July 29 by Alan Wasik and Kathleen A. Wasik, as trustees, to Stephen Austin Pace and Jennifer Marie Pace; and 376 East Street, sold July 28 by Cherylann Roy to Alyssa Alden and Jeffrey Macdonald. Rounding out the top five, 179 Rowayne Park sold for $606,000 on July 28, with Linda M. Macdonald and James P. Macdonald selling to Michael John Fearing Jr.

NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN No street in the dataset had more than one recorded sale during the period, so no single-street cluster emerged. By price tier, one disclosed sale fell under $500,000: 202 Pine Street, which sold for $360,000. Separately, 202 Pine Street, the lowest disclosed sale price in the period at $360,000, transferred between two limited liability companies, Revive Commonwealth LLC and Red Pine Development LLC.
