SCITUATE -- Six home sales recorded at the Plymouth County Registry of Deeds between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12 ranged from $820,000 to $2.05 million, with a median sale price of $1,425,000. Five additional deed transfers recorded in the same window carried only nominal consideration and did not reflect open-market sales.

MARKET OVERVIEW Eleven deed transfers were recorded for Scituate properties during the period, but only six represented actual sales with a market price attached. Those six sales ranged from $820,000 to $2,050,000, with a median of $1,425,000. At 11 Carriage House Way, Bernard Laniel and Johanne Giannuzzi sold to Evan and Meagan Pare for $1,550,000 on Aug. 14. At 32 Branch St, Richard F. Ready and Katherine E. Terrio sold to Quinn Raseman and Amy He for $1,300,000 on Aug. 14. At 20 Cudworth Rd, Evan Warner Pare and Meagan R. Pare sold to Paul and Barbara A. Lynch for $1,155,000 on Aug. 14.

Two of the six priced sales, 119 Gilson Rd and 76 Dreamwold Rd, listed trustees as buyers, indicating the properties were purchased into trusts even though the transactions carried market prices.
