BRIDGEWATER -- A home on Grange Park sold for $1.25 million in late August, the top sale recorded in Bridgewater over a four-week period that saw 10 residential property transactions change hands, according to Plymouth County Registry of Deeds records.

MARKET OVERVIEW Deed records show 10 completed sales in Bridgewater between Aug. 28 and Sept. 2, with prices ranging from $285,000 to $1.25 million. The median sale price was $662,500. An 11th recorded transfer, at 920 Pleasant St., involved only nominal consideration and is not counted among the sales figures.
