Median Brockton home price settles at $507,500 in September deed filings

BROCKTON -- Nine property transfers were recorded at the Plymouth County Registry of Deeds for Brockton between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, with the highest-priced sale reaching $960,000 on Harvard Street and three of the nine transactions recorded at nominal consideration rather than market prices.
