Carver Home Prices Range From $480 To $875 In Disclosed July Sales

CARVER -- Ten property deeds were recorded in Carver during the four weeks ending Aug. 1, with a sale price disclosed on four of them, ranging from $480 to $875 and a median of $677 among the disclosed transactions.

MARKET OVERVIEW Ten sales were recorded in Carver between July 3 and Aug. 1, according to Plymouth County Registry of Deeds records. Of those, four listed a consideration amount, ranging from $480 to $875, with a median of $677. The remaining six deeds carried no disclosed sale price, which is normal for certain deed types, including several transfers described below that moved property within the same family or into a trust. With only four of ten transactions showing a price, the raw count of ten sales does not by itself indicate whether the period was active or quiet.

TOP SALES 7 Green St sold for $875 on July 23, the highest disclosed price of the period. JTAYLOR LLC sold the property to Amanda Giles and James Giles. 31 Weston St sold for $725 on July 22. Amanda Giles and Amanda Wentworth sold the property to Joshua Liddell and Jennifer Caeran. 3 Cranberry Cir sold for $630 on July 21. Joshua T. Liddell sold the property to Robert Calvi and Stacey Calvi. 77 Center St sold for $480 on July 22. Adam Folsom sold the property to Richard William Gifford. No other sale in the period carried a disclosed price.

Wadsworth to herself and Nicole Blair). None of these five carried a disclosed sale price. Two names also appear on both sides of separate arm's-length transactions within the period.
