CARVER -- Nine property transfers were recorded in Carver between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, with five carrying a disclosed sale price ranging from $330,000 to $545,400 and a median of $374,200.

Five of those nine carried a sale price, ranging from $330,000 to $545,400, with a median of $374,200. The remaining four were recorded as nominal-consideration transfers, meaning a token amount such as $1 or $10 was listed rather than a market price; those are not counted in the price range or median. With only five priced sales and nine total recorded transfers, the raw count suggests a quiet month for Carver's deed activity relative to a full market snapshot, though additional prices may still be forthcoming for the remaining transfers as registry data updates.

TOP SALES The highest-priced sale was 12 Church St, which sold for $545,400 on Sept. 11. Paul Brennan III and Resina L. Guidetti were the sellers; Cole J. Pittman and Abigail E. Larkin were the buyers. Bed, bath and square footage figures were not available in the deed record.
