Disclosed Lakeville Home Sales Range From $420 To $796 In July
LAKEVILLE -- Ten property deeds were recorded in Lakeville between July 3 and Aug. 1, but only four listed a sale price, according to Plymouth County Registry of Deeds records. Half of the ten transactions appear to be transfers within the same family or into a personal trust.

Ten sales were recorded during the period. Among the four transactions with a disclosed price, values ranged from $420 to $796, with a median of $602. The remaining six deeds listed no consideration amount, which the registry lists as "price not disclosed."
